Worship with Sound and Motion

The music at Nellis Baptist is diverse, spanning age groups and musical styles, all with the common goal of glorifying God through song.

The Apple Red Happiness Choir  is the children's choir which meets during the 11:00 a.m. worship hour. Julie Bradford is the director.

Praises of Tomorrow Youth Choir, under the direction of Mrs. Liz McDonald, rehearses on Friday evening. The youth lead in worship every last Sunday of the month.

Rejoice Choir is an upbeat contemporary choir, which rehearses on Saturday afternoon. This group is under the direction of Mrs. Katrina Fields.

The Sanctuary Choir sings a variety of sacred music and rehearses on Thursday evening. The director is Mrs. Clara Cross.

The Dance Ministry brings movement to music as they praise the Lord. This group is led by Mr. and Mrs. Dexter McDonald. They meet on Saturday morning.

We extend an invitation to those who want to use their God-given musical talents to praise the Lord to join the music ministry that is appropriate.
